Notification under Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 – Village Bhathadand

The Office of the Collector, District Anuppur, has issued a notification under Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, for the acquisition of private land and immovable assets in Village Bhathadand, Tehsil Kotma, District Anuppur. As per the notification, the total area of private land proposed for acquisition is 4.703 hectares. The details of the land and respective landowners are provided in the Schedule appended to the notification.
