Minutes of the meeting held on 22.10.2026 by the Tender Committee, Office of the Collector (Public Service Management), District Anuppur, regarding complaints filed by M/s Anaya Enterprises and M/s Mahalaxmi Traders. The committee cancelled the selection of M/s Jai Ma Vaishnav Devi Foundation for Lok Seva Kendra Kotma due to non-responsive CA certificate and UDIN discrepancies, ordering a re-lottery among the remaining 69 eligible bidders, while upholding the selection of M/s Om Rajput Transport Company for the Jaithari centre as valid.

According to the notification issued by the Office of the Collector (Public Service Management), District Anuppur, the outcome of the lottery conducted on 15.10.2026 for Lok Seva Kendra Kotma has been cancelled. A re-lottery among the remaining 69 eligible bidders is scheduled to take place on 28.10.2026 at 11:00 AM at the Collectorate Meeting Hall, Anuppur

Regarding the opening of financial bids for the tender invited (NIT dated 17.07.2026) for the operation of Public Service Management centres in Anuppur, Kotma, Jaithari, and Pushprajgarh of District Anuppur

Applications are invited from eligible Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) for selection and implementation of the SMILE Scheme in the district under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment. Eligible organizations interested in establishing and operating a rehabilitation centre for the comprehensive rehabilitation of persons engaged in begging may submit their applications through e-mail by 06:00 PM on 05 October 2026.
