| Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kotma, District Anuppur (Madhya Pradesh) | Amended Notification It is hereby notified for general information that the State Government has received an application for the acquisition of private lands situated in villages Katkona, Baihatola, Dogariyakhurd, Bhatadand, Maintola, Koriyakhurd, Kothi, and Tarsili of district Anuppur, for the proposed railway corridor of the Kotma Thermal Power Project of M/s Anuppur Thermal Energy M.P. Private Limited. The proceedings for acquisition of the said lands are being carried out in the Office of the Collector, Anuppur, under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013). The process under Section 4 of the said Act is currently in progress. In relation to the acquisition of the said lands, the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) Team has prepared and submitted the draft Social Impact Assessment Report and the Social Impact Management Plan. A copy of the said Social Impact Assessment Report and Management Plan is enclosed for public inspection. 2/ Under the provisions of Section 6 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, public hearing camps are to be organized in the project-affected areas/villages for the purpose of conducting the Social Impact Assessment. |

Private Limited, has submitted an application for acquisition of private lands situated in villages Katkona, Baihatola, Dogariyakhurd, Bhatadand, Mentola, Koriyakhurd, Kothi, and Tarsili, under District Anuppur, for the proposed railway corridor of the Kotma Thermal Power Project. The process of land acquisition for the said lands is being carried out by the Collectorate Office, Anuppur, under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013).
