Notification under Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 – Village Dogariyakhurd

The Office of the Collector, District Anuppur, has issued a notification under Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, regarding the acquisition of private land and immovable assets for public purpose in Village Dogariyakhurd, Tehsil Kotma, District Anuppur. As per the notification, an area of 3.662 hectares of private land is to be acquired. Details of the concerned land and landowners are provided in the Schedule to the notification.
